Welcome to the website of Colleen Daly's Law Office in the great little town of Bayfield, Wisconsin. In 2014 I took over the practice of long time Bayfield attorney, Bill Bussey. My areas of practice include real estate, estate planning (including wills and trusts), probate, business law, contracts, elder law, consumer law, assistance with mortgage foreclosure and loan modifications, municipal law and general civil litigation, including small claims.
I also act as a Guardian ad Litem. I take an active interest in our community and also serve as board member for the Apostle Islands Area Community Fund and Northern Lights Services.
