We are a husband and wife team who have dedicated our careers to helping people. Starting in 2003, when we both worked for Legal Aid Society of Hawaii providing free legal services for low-income families, leading to our separate forays into private practice and now coming full circle running our joint law firm, we have always believed in honesty, dignity and respect both for our clients and for the court process.
We are excited to work together again, continuing to guide people on Kauai through the legal process, with the goal of efficiently and cost-effectively resolving cases.

As a former Per Diem Family Court judge, I have learned a tremendous amount about Hawaii's court system.
Having seen cases from all sides of the aisle, I have gained a more complete perspective which I draw on to help my clients achieve positive outcomes.

By contrast, I now realize how much the brief that is poorly edited and stylistically inconsistent tends to distract the fact finder.
