The Law Offices of Keith M. Yankow represent clients as early on as the negotiation of the Offer and Purchase and Sale Agreement through the closing. We understand the new laws affecting real estate transactions and use them to our client's benefit. We do more than keep your corporation or LLC documents current with the Secretary of State's office.

An attorney's knowledge and experience is necessary for advising you on whether a simple will meet your needs. The Law Offices of Keith M. Yankow is a general practice law firm based in Nantucket, Massachusetts. We represent clients in Nantucket, Osterville in Barnstable County and from our office in the Back Bay, the greater Boston area. We love going to the office and the work we do.

Being zealous representatives of our clients is a funny kind of love, but that's us. We live in a great place and practice the kind of law that builds healthy attorney-client relationships. One of our principles is to know there can be fairness to all concerned while still getting a good deal for our clients.
Services
I am pleased to add a very happy activity to my life on Nantucket: Officiating at weddings!
I was recently appointed as a Justice of the Peace and I am excited about being part of a couple's happiness in getting married.
It is my honor to be the wedding Officiant on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
I will assure the proper steps are taken to affirm the couple's agreement to marry and will perfect the marriage license.
Rates (non-lawyer level of course) are low starting with a simple ceremony in my downtown Nantucket office to anywhere on Nantucket customized for whatever the bride and groom desire.
As a Massachusetts tenant eviction lawyer, we take immediate action as soon as we get your file.
The process for eviction is started within two days of opening your file.
Upon being hired, we contact the tenant to arrange a viewing the rental unit and meet with the tenant(s).
In addition to learning details of the tenants and occupants and premises that may be useful if a judicial hearing later occurs, we try to get the tenants to agree in writing to admit to the Landlord having the right to possession and agree to a departure date.
We do more than keep your corporation or LLC documents current with the Secretary of State's office.
There will be a name to choose for your business, filing with the Secretary of State's office in the state where you decide to register your business, obtaining any necessary licenses or permits, filing a business certificate, obtaining a federal identification number, and registering your business as necessary to keep it in Good Standing.
We draft and review contracts for all phases of your business, including employment and labor contracts.
Born and raised in West Long Branch, New Jersey, a bike ride away from the beach and an hour commute south of New York City, I was the youngest of three boys.
My political skills as high school class president for three years were honed with a B.A. degree in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C.
I married Robin and after graduating in 1983 from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA, I began practicing mostly in real estate litigation in a five attorney office in Storrs, Connecticut and teaching part time at local community colleges.
