INTRODUCTION.This Agreement is made between The Gomez Law Firm, PLC ("The Gomez Law Firm, PLC") and the undersigned client ("Client") for legal services in connection with a trademark used by Client. LEGAL SERVICES. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES. Client agrees to be available to provide necessary statements and documents, promptly pay all fees and costs.
CLIENT CONTACT INFORMATION. Client agrees to inform The Gomez Law Firm, PLC of any changes in Client's address, telephone numbers, fax number, and e-mail address. BEST EFFORTS. Client understands that while The Gomez Law Firm, PLC cannot guarantee any results for any application, The Gomez Law Firm, PLC will use its best efforts to perform the Legal Services as provided herein.
FLAT FEE. Client agrees to pay to The Gomez Law Firm, PLC a flat fee of $199.00 for trademark application services, which does not include filing fee. INFORMED CONSENT. Client understands that under the Rule 1.15(e) of the Rules of Professional Conduct governing flat fees paid to attorneys, The Gomez Law Firm, PLC may deposit the flat fee paid in advance, even if not earned, in an operating account with the informed consent of Client.
