Chapter 7 is called a liquidation.
Chapter 7 typically discharges unsecured debts such as credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and debts relating to loans on surrendered property.
Chapter 13 allows individuals to reorganize their debts through a Chapter 13 repayment plan.
Some debtors pay back much or all of their debt through the plan.
Many repayment plans provide for reorganization for secured debt and tax debt, but pay little or nothing to unsecured creditors.
Bankruptcy can erase debt, stop foreclosure, repossessions, and other debt collections.

Personal injury law is an area of law that seeks to recover damages (compensation) for victims of physical or mental injury that has occurred due to the action (or inaction) of another.
Personal injury cases can be filed by the victim, or loved ones, on three bases: negligence, strict liability, and intentional wrong.
Do you only handle certain personal injury cases?
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service, regardless of whether a case is large or small.
We believe people deserve compensation for injuries caused by the wrongdoing of others.

When an individual is stopped/arrested upon probable cause that they were driving a vehicle while their blood alcohol level was over the legal limit, two separate sections of Missouri law govern the arrest and suspension/revocation of the driving privilege.
This law deals with the ticket that was issued.
If an individual is convicted of an alcohol offense, the court sends a copy of the conviction to the department, and the proper points are assessed to the individual's driving record.
Subsequently, an individual's driving privilege may be suspended or revoked for accumulation of points.
