Both Attorney Ryder and Attorney Phelps work with the Judges in the Probate and Family Courts throughout the state as appointed Guardians Ad Litem and special masters. During this time, the court staff continues to be available to accept filings of new cases, pleadings, and offer dates for future hearings. In addition, the court has expanded it's ability to accept most filings by e-file.

Attorney Jordan A. Phelps joined The Law Office of Kathleen P. Ryder in 2012 before becoming a partner of the firm, subsequently renamed to Ryder & Phelps, P.C in 2017.
Attorney Phelps graduated from Merrimack College with honors in 2008 as well as Suffolk University Law School in 2012.
During his first year of Law School he was admitted to the Rehnquist Inn Chapter of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and was an active participant in the Merrimack College Pre-Law Society, which mentored college aged students interested in attending law school post graduation.
Attorney Phelps graduated from Merrimack College with honors in 2008 as well as Suffolk University Law School in 2012.

Attorney Paolini worked as a partner attorney at the Law Office of Ryder and Paolini established in 2003 before rejoining the practice in 2021 as Ryder & Phelps, P.C. Leah maintained a solo practice in Saugus, Massachusetts and also worked of counsel for Ryder & Phelps, P.C. prior to rejoining as a senior attorney.
Along with years of experience in complex divorce and family law litigation, Attorney Paolini is a MCLE Rule 8 certified conciliator through the Middlesex Bar.
She received various awards and honorable mentions as a graduate student at Suffolk University Law School.

Rachel C. Erani is an associate attorney at the practice of Ryder and Phelps, P.C.
A graduate of University Massachusetts Amherst in 2017 followed by Suffolk University Law School in 2020.
Attorney Erani was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in June of 2021 and joined Ryder & Phelps, P.C. as an associate.
Attorney Erani gained experience as a family law clerk in a variety of practices throughout the Greater Boston Area.
During her time at Suffolk University Law, she worked as a research assistant to the Law School Legal Innovation and Technology Lab.
