John Wozniak is a co-founder of the firm who concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business formation and consulting.
John is a 1996 graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Law and a 1993 graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
He currently resides in Mahomet with his wife and daughter.

Since 2000 he has practiced law in Central Illinois, with an emphasis on family matters, including family-owned farms and businesses.
His work has included three years as staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Standing Bankruptcy Trustee, which gives him a unique perspective on bankruptcy law.

Duane A. Deters graduated from Southern Illinois University law school in 1996 and began his career in private practice.
In 1999, Duane was an Assistant State's Attorney in Coles County where he handled the most serious cases, including rape, murder, and armed robbery.
From 2005 until 2015 he was an Assistant State's Attorney where over the years he handled all levels of felony cases as well as juvenile delinquency cases.
He was also a in charge of the DUI prosecution unit in Macon County where he was responsible for all felony traffic matters.
