McCleery Law Firm was founded by Attorney Greg McCleery shortly after passing the bar, as a solo practice. From the beginning, he focused on setting an extraordinarily high bar for customer service and responsiveness. Under his leadership, the firm embarked on a program of exponential growth, opened six new branch office locations, and brought on experienced legal talent to join the McCleery Law team.
He has handled hundreds of family, juvenile, and criminal law cases and worked extensively on oil and gas title research and curative matters for corporate and individual clients. One of his passions is working with local business owners to offer guidance on how to succeed, innovate, and grow their own businesses, and leverage new technology to their advantage.
In addition to managing his legal practice, Greg continues to work with local agencies to address issues of domestic violence and to ensure equal access to justice. From divorce/dissolution to custody and beyond, we have lawyers ready to walk with you through the journey you are facing.

After a dozen years as a business litigation attorney, Max formed his own holistic law practice, focused on advocacy - a devotion to client service with the flexibility to help clients plan for themselves, their businesses, and their families.
He embarked on a practice focusing on trusts and estates planning, special needs planning, and education law.
He received a "crash course" on these areas after his daughter was born with special needs and, as he helped address her present and future blossoming, he wanted to offer those services to help others navigate the rocky world he and his family inhabit as well.

She started her career with a successful real estate practice, then moved into finance, and became a Series 7 licensed financial adviser.
As oil and gas created new opportunities in the area, she took on a new challenge as a professional landman, researching highly sensitive oil and gas title for many of the major players in the Utica and Marcellus shale.
Before her first three months of training had concluded, she was the leading abstractor at her brokerage as measured by both accuracy and speed.
She started her career with a successful real estate practice, then moved into finance, and became a Series 7 licensed financial adviser.

During her undergraduate years, she was employed as a judicial clerk for the Stark County Probate Court where she learned the filing process from the court's perspective.
When beginning law school, she decided to focus her efforts on her hometown of New Philadelphia, where she intends to practice law and raise her own family.
