We believe in a person's right to be presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
We also believe that proving guilt should always be an uphill battle for the prosecution, never a slam dunk.
As former prosecutors ourselves, we have seen too many defendants plead out or get slapped with harsh sentences because they didn't have adequate legal representation.
Don't let that happen to you.
At the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, our experienced attorneys are widely recognized for developing smart defense strategies that are tailored to our clients' needs.
