More than 120 years ago, we opened our first office in Bellefonte, across the street from the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County.
Since then, our firm has expanded into a larger office in Bellefonte and opened offices in State College.
Our firm is now full-service, with the ability to provide advice and counsel on all legal matters.
Our firm is an integral part of the central Pennsylvania community.
The attorneys at Miller, Kistler & Campbell have gone on to proudly serve as judges in the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County and as the District Attorney for Centre County, among other public positions, and current and former members have been instrumental in countless volunteer and public service projects across the region, including forming the Centre Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the Centre region, and serving on the board of directors of other organizations like the Centre County United Way and the Juniata Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Tracey G. Benson was born in Hammond, Indiana and graduated from Triadelphia High School in Wheeling, West Virginia before graduating from Northwestern University, Technological Institute with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1978.
Tracey was employed as a Sales Engineer for Westinghouse Electric Company in Chicago, Illinois before he earned his Juris Doctor Degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981.
After four years as a law associate in Litigation and Labor Law, Tracey joined Miller, Kistler & Campbell in 1985.
Michael S. Levandoski practices extensively in all areas of real estate.
As a Licensed Title Agent, Michael has guided numerous buyers and sellers through the real estate closing process.
He understands that the tall stack of closing documents can be daunting, and he uses his knowledge to educate clients so they understand what they are signing and why.
In addition to residential closings, Michael advises and guides clients with real estate matters relating to landlord/tenant issues, homeowners and condominium associations, boundary disputes, and other real estate litigation.
