Tredway Lumsdaine & Doyle
To say we are proud of having served over 30,000 clients in Southern California for over four generations would be an understatement. TLD's managing Partner Roy Jimenez notes Our commitment to our clients is what makes us who we are today. It's all about the success of our valued clients. We have had the privilege of working with TLD for over 12 years and have found them to be responsive to our needs.

TLD's General Counsel Plan gives us the comfort of knowing that we have excellent legal advice only a phone call away. As a minority and women owned law firm we understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the work force - even ours. We are among less than 1% of law firms nationwide that have qualified to be members of the National Association of Women and Minority Law Firms.

AT TLD Law we are experienced in corporate matters from formation to succession planning to the litigation of business related disputes. We solve employment problems and assist with preventative strategies such as training and preparing handbooks.
Services
More than 50 years ago, Harold T. Tredway founded TLD Law in Downey, California, to serve the growing community of Southeast Los Angeles County.
Mr. Tredway envisioned a successful firm with a team of first-rate attorneys and staff armed with wide-ranging legal expertise to serve its client portfolio in an array of legal matters for the long term.
The firm expanded into Orange County in 1988 by opening a second office in Irvine to serve its growing client roster of business owners and individuals.
At TLD Law, we know appeals.
We handle all types of civil appeals, including appeals from both interlocutory orders and judgments, in both state and federal courts of appeals.
We have zealously and successfully represented clients in appeals involving diverse practice areas, including business, contracts, real estate, employment, trust and probate, and family law litigation.
Our appellate department also has extensive trial court litigation experience in each of these practice areas, which enhances our ability to identify potential error and to competently argue for or against claimed error on appeal.
Business disputes include not only business-to-business and individual-to-business (external) disputes, but also internal disputes among partners, shareholders, or other power brokers within a company.
Intentional or Negligent Interference with Contractual Relationships or Prospective Business Advantage.
TLD Law has attorneys that specialize in business disputes and related business litigation matters for any business and any dispute.
We can handle trials, mediation, arbitration, and litigation for business cases in any court in Southern California.
TLD Law attorneys advise our clients in all types of corporate matters including formation, litigation of business disputes, ownership transfer, a company's final dissolution, and everything in between.
TLD Law has formed hundreds of corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), and partnerships for business and individual clients.
We assist with drawing up partnership agreements, including family limited partnerships, operating agreements, by-laws, and buy-sell agreements.
Our work is designed to create structure and documentation to provide rules to each business owner or investor on how the business will be conducted.
TLD Law attorneys work with in-house counsel for Fortune 1000, public companies and privately held companies to guide them through the intricacies of employment law.
We represent business owners and management for companies of all sizes in defense of employment disputes, and provide counseling and training to avoid problems before they occur.
Employment disputes can be messy, hurtful (especially in smaller companies), and expensive.
While TLD Law aggressively advocates for our clients in the complex and sensitive area of employment law through sound, practical and understandable pre-litigation advice counseling, we also advise our companies on ways to avoid problems in the first place.
