Services
At Worcester County Mediation, we are dedicated to helping divorcing people achieve the best possible outcome to a very painful and sometimes unwanted circumstance.
Nothing pleases us more than a successful mediation that the parties completely understand and can live with-and that a Judge will find to be fair and equitable so that your divorce will be granted without delay.
We want our clients to be able to move on from their experience, knowing they did the best they could to make an informed agreement that reflects their own needs and desires.
If you are contemplating a divorce and have considered consulting with a divorce attorney on your own, you may want to first explore the benefits of working together with a trained attorney/mediator in divorce mediation.
Worcester County Mediation focuses solely on divorce mediation, modifications and unmarried parents with children.
We offer a streamlined, economical, and speedy approach to dissolving your issues.
Mediation allows you to play an active role in your future life rather than handing substantive life decisions over to a court.
Mediation is a settlement process run by a trained, neutral third party called a mediator.
This process helps those seeking divorce to come to a successful resolution during a very stressful time.
Everyone knows or has heard of someone who was dragged through a painful and expensive litigated divorce.
A judge often makes the final determination-and so the parties have little say in the outcome of their divorce.
Usually one person "wins" and the other person "loses."
Things are said in court that cannot be taken back, and often an audience is listening.
All of your questions will be answered in your mediation sessions.
Upon the completion of your mediation you will be given fresh copies of your financial statement in their appropriate color to be filled with the court.

If you have filed for divorce, modification, or Complaint for Support-Custody-visitation pursuant to G.L.c.209c, please bring a copy of your filed documents if you have them to your first mediation session.
