Richard has practiced law in Mammoth Lakes for almost 40 years.
Before moving to Mammoth Lakes in 1981, he was in-house counsel to a substantial real estate development company in southern California building communities throughout the state.
Richard and his wife Nancy raised their family in Mammoth Lakes and currently reside in Crowley Lake.
He was instrumental in creating the Starwood golf course and the various projects that surround that course in the heart of Mammoth Lakes.
In 1986 he went into private practice focusing on all aspects of real estate and small business for almost 35 years.
Jeremy Ibrahim is an experienced trial lawyer with over ten years of litigation experience as a former Mono County deputy district attorney, former contract Inyo County and Mono County public defender, former contract deputy trial counsel for the State Bar of California and private defense attorney defending clients in criminal appeals.
Jeremy has the unique perspective of being trained as a deputy district attorney with a criminal defense mindset.
He learned to think like a prosecutor, investigate, develop, prepare and prosecute a case, the value of a case, how to settle and negotiate cases and sharpened his trial skills conducting both felony and misdemeanor jury trials.
Lauren Schweizer is a criminal defense attorney with over five years of experience in the Bay Area as both a private defense attorney and a public defender.
Prior to joining L&I, she was a Deputy Public Defender for the City and County of San Francisco, one of the most prestigious Public Defender offices in California.
Lauren takes an aggressive stance in defending both misdemeanors and felonies, from pre-arraignment through trial and sentencing.
Lauren's robust trial practice results in her preparing, investigating, and litigating each case as if it were going to trial.
