Have spent more than sixteen years working in international and domestic law, public policy and development. Mrs. Kelley studied law in Colombia and graduated in 2001. While in Colombia, she practiced employment, Constitutional, administrative, internal and human rights law. Further, Mrs. Kelley prepared human rights claims to file before the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights, Organization of American State (OAS).
She started working for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) as a Supervisor. It was a beautiful and tremendous experience working at USCIS because of the opportunity of ensuring the integrity of US's immigration system, providing immigration benefits and supporting our National Security.
