I've been practicing law since 2010 with a focus on estate planning and transactional business law. I currently live in northwest Chicagoland with my wife Emilie and our three children. When I left corporate America to open a solo law firm, I wanted to create something that let me live the life I wanted to live while doing the work I was passionate about.

Representing young families who just want the best for their kids or entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a great idea, a lot of drive, and a little luck is tremendously fulfilling to me, because that's who I am. I never liked the stuffiness of corporate offices or the outdated American "you work until you're old and then you die" mentality. I sought to do something different with my professional life.

Building a virtual law firm from the ground up gave me the ability to enjoy my work while still being able to enjoy my life. I never wanted to look back and wish I had made it to that school play or seen my child's first steps while I was away on business.
Services
The Virtual Attorney provides a wide range of estate planning and business law services to meet your needs.
Services are provided virtually so that you have access to your attorney wherever you are.
Estate planning doesn't have to be intimidating.
Whether you find yourself navigating parenthood for the first time, or just finally want to cross it off your list, completing your estate plan is easy and painless.
Many businesses don't have the means to hire a full time in house counsel.
With the Virtual Attorney's Essential In-House Counsel services you can ensure that you have a lawyer available when you need one.
Whether you've been married one year or 20, these are the minimum estate planning documents that a married couple should have.
Estate planning laws are built around presumptions about what the typical member of society would like to happen to his or her worldly possessions if he passes away and general assumptions about who the average person would wish to make important decisions on his behalf if he is unable to do so himself.
Often times, those presumptions vary greatly from what you may or may not want.
