Services
Our lawyers at the Skelton & Stevens Legal Group provide legal services in two main areas: Social Security Disability and Bankruptcy.
We have decades of experience in both, which we use to make sure every client receives the highest possible level of support.
Whether you're coming to us for help with your SSDI claim or with unmanageable debt, you are likely experiencing a great deal of stress.
After paying your debt, you might have little to no money left at the end of each month.
This, on top of the challenges associated with a disability, can be incredibly overwhelming.

Many people cannot imagine they would ever suffer an accident that would cause a disability.
But studies have shown that, due to issues like workplace mismanagement and ineptitude, more than 30% of all working Americans are at risk of sustaining some form of disability that lasts for at least ninety days or more.
Here at the Skelton & Stevens Legal Group, our Arkansas disability attorneys are keenly aware of this pervasive issue.
Every year, countless hardworking Americans lose their ability to work because of a sudden impairment, crippling disease, or complications in an existing disability.
