Ms. Stevens has extensive experience in estate matters which is a great asset in negotiating and drafting prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, as well as drafting estate waiver language and estate liability language as to support obligations in settlement agreements.
Frank J. Loscalzo is an of-counsel attorney with the Law Offices of Paul A. Boronow, PC Mr. Loscalzo has been an attorney since 1990, with great legal experience.
He started his legal career in California, working as a litigator for a general practice firm and developing a strong reputation for being a powerful litigator and a persuasive and compassionate negotiator.
