Most of us aren't inclined to leave our families' fates to chance. Yet many people put off planning for the future until the future is upon them. Attorney E. Nego Pile and we who comprise his team at Pile Law Firm have a remedy for that. People all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey have benefitted from it, too. To do this, we may help you prepare an estate plan, a special needs plan, a will, a trust, or a guardianship.
We may litigate on your behalf in a personal injury case. Or we may assist you in matters of real estate, either in buying or selling property, dealing with foreclosure, or perhaps negotiating a landlord-tenant relationship. Regardless of how we serve you, you'll see that we deliver our services with care and compassion. We get to know our clients well, treat them as members of our own family, and attend to the needs of each as if each were our only client.
Where we can simplify legal processes, we do so. We also look for ways to make paying for our services easy and affordable, keeping costs low where possible and doing things like offering the optional convenience of online payments.

Explaining what sets Pennsylvania's Pile Law Firm apart first requires an explanation of the "traditional" lawyer experience.
If you've worked with a lawyer in the past to prepare your estate planning documents, much of this will likely sound familiar.
During the traditional experience, you'll go in and meet with a lawyer, and that lawyer will make things seem very complicated and confusing.
No doubt you'll recognize that the lawyer is smart and seems to know what he or she is doing, so you'll nod and answer questions as if you understand everything.

Because we believe in personalized service, we set about getting to know each and every client from the moment they first engage with us.
Our approach is always friendly, educational and proactive.
It's only after we've come to an understanding of a client's individual values, needs, desires, and dreams that we begin to fashion a plan for that client.
Each of our estate plans includes a no-charge three-year review to ensure that as our clients' lives change, so do their plans.
This review also makes certain that all of our clients' assets are held properly for maximum protection.

We at Pile Law Firm know that setting out to create an estate plan is a big step.
So we've designed our planning process to ensure your confidence in it every step of the way.
We carefully review each decision with you, and yet the entire process doesn't stretch beyond 8 weeks.
In fact, within one month of meeting with E. Nego Pile, your family could be totally protected.
But, then, that's Nego's goal for every client he serves throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
His approach is a perfect combination of personal warmth, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Many estate planning attorneys take a "one size fits all" approach with their clients; they do this so they can work with as many people as possible in a short period of time.
The problem is that the client has an impersonal experience.
But worse than that, this way of planning can lead to unintended results in the long run for the client's family.
When lawyers do not take the time to listen and consider a family's personal circumstances, it often happens that the family's will and trust documents don't end up reflecting what the family really wants to happen.

I was interested in updating my will and called Pile Law. I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Ms. D. Lehman who guided me through the process. Ms. Lehman was extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and she was an absolute delight to work with. I am not one who usually writes a review but found everyone, especially Ms. Lehman, who works at this law firm, to be outstanding and I highly recommend them.
