Mr. Eaby has resided in Ephrata, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania all of his life. He received his undergraduate degree from Albright College, Reading, Pennsylvania and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Eaby has been proudly serving the Central Pennsylvania area since 1976 - providing competent and affordable legal services involving a wide range of practice areas to individuals, families and businesses.
He previously served as a County appointed Divorce Master for 16 years and is a trained conflict resolution mediator. Mr. Eaby now concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning and probate law. He has been active in community affairs having served as past President of both the Ephrata Rotary Club and the Board of Directors of the Ephrata Recreation Center.
