As the founder of Michelle S. Bullock Law & Mediation PLLC, I am a divorce attorney, mediator and collaborative divorce attorney who also represents clients in post-matrimonial matters. I am often appointed by county and supreme court judges to represent children in family and divorce matters, as well. In addition to helping clients with mediation and uncontested divorce, I am an experienced real estate attorney.

I have represented clients buying, selling or leasing their residential and commercial real estate. Buying and selling a home can be exciting and stressful at the same time, and I will guide you through the process, from contract review to finance questions to closing the transaction. Hello, everyone: I hope this message finds you and your families, co-workers and friends healthy.

With new regulations and guidelines being passed by the CDC and World Health Organization, I am working in a hybrid environment. I am currently offering both in office and web-based mediations. I continue to work with clients based on his or her level of comfort for in person, video, or teleconferencing.

Divorce and other family law matters are typically difficult for all involved.

Instead, I use more than 20 years of experience to guide clients to a peaceful, negotiated resolution that serves the best interests of everyone in the family.

When thinking of marital assets, you may imagine the house, the car or home furnishings.
But one of the most valuable assets is often overlooked: retirement savings.
Millions of Americans have a 401(k), an IRA or a pension plan through their employer.
And regardless of which spouse's name is on a given account, chances are good that a portion of the account assets is subject to division in divorce.
I am attorney Michelle Bullock.
For more than 20 years, I've been helping clients in Western New York with property division and other divorce-related legal matters.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is an alternate option to litigation or a judge deciding your case.
ADR includes mediation, collaborative practice and out-of-court negotiations and settlement.
A majority of my practice is dedicated to these alternative methods of resolution to find common ground and reach a fair agreement.
I have spent many years litigation divorce and family matters and have seen the division, expense and stress that litigation can carry with it for the long term.
That is why I added mediation to my practice 15 years ago, and I am so invested in the mediation process and passionated about how it works and why it works.
Buying or selling a home or business is an exciting time.
However, the process of closing on your property comes with numerous steps to ensure that your transaction remains secure.
Clearing all the legal requirements for transferring ownership of a property needs to be handled by an experienced real estate attorney.
I am Michelle Bullock, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience successfully closing thousands of real estate transactions.
My firm, Michelle S. Bullock Law & Mediation PLLC, is ready to serve any real estate law need you have throughout Western New York.
