In 1978, Richard Rechlicz, seeing an opportunity to establish a law practice, located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, on the corner of Main and Water. Rick quickly established an emphasis on real estate, corporate and probate law but attracted a number of cases involving litigation.
As a result, William Ladewig agreed to do his litigation work for him out of his downtown practice. It was quickly apparent to both that there was a need for their services in the area and that they functioned well together.
