Estate planning involves putting several strategies in place to manage your assets, express your healthcare preferences, and protect your beneficiaries and your legacy.
Are you wondering how you can make sure that your property reaches your beneficiaries after your death?
Do you want to be sure that someone you trust will oversee any medical or financial decisions in the event of your incapacitation?
If so, you're already in the early stages of the estate planning process.
Many people assume that estate planning only applies to those with significant assets.
However, estate planning encompasses much more than the distribution of property.
Contact us today to discuss your situation, and we'll determine the best strategies to help you achieve your estate planning goals.
An important legal issue like putting a will in place, appealing a denied SSDI application, or fighting a traffic or misdemeanor charge in municipal court involves important deadlines.
Any delay in taking action can lead to unforeseen consequences and create additional challenges down the line.
By taking action sooner rather than later, you'll set yourself up to be in a stronger position and enjoy a greater likelihood of obtaining a favorable outcome.
At Tate & Tate, we recognize how difficult it can be to navigate complex legal issues.
