His practice includes Trust and Estate Planning, Probate, Charitable Contributions, Asset Protection as well as Business, Corporate, Contract and Commercial Law. Dan brings extensive experience from private practice, past practice as in-house counsel for a bank holding and trust company and its affiliates as well as prior practice with a large law firm.
Vanderbilt Law School - Dan received his law degree from Vanderbilt School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee in 1995 where he was also a Legal Clinic Pro Bono Attorney, a Curriculum Evaluation Intern and a Moot Court Participant. He also worked as a Legal Intern and Research Assistant at the Freedom Forum First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt (FFFAC) in Nashville, Tennessee promoting First Amendment issues while in law school.
