Steve Kiser has 40 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney.
He began his career at a boutique firm in Los Angeles, representing clients from the entertainment business, professional athletes and high net worth individuals in real estate and business transactions and litigation.
He moved to Newport Beach in 1983 to serve as Vice President and General Counsel for a multifamily housing investment and management company with properties in the western United States.
Mr. Kiser started a private law practice in 1986, and has since then devoted himself to advising clients in a wide spectrum of real estate related matters.
