If you or a loved one has been sexually abused, you deserve an experienced and trusted law firm. Institutions like churches, schools, daycares, the Boy Scouts, and others have known for years that sexual abusers infiltrate their organizations. Sadly, many failed to protect children from known abusers, or to adopt policies and procedures that prevent sexual abuse.
When this happens, Andreozzi + Foote is by your side and is prepared to fight for justice. We know the legal system is intimidating for crime victims. With our years of experience, and compassionate approach, we will navigate your case through the civil justice system. Our practice is focused on representing victims of crime and sexual abuse, so we are prepared to handle the unique issues that might arise in your case.
At Andreozzi + Foote you are not just a number. We strive to treat each client as if they are our only client. The criminal justice system can put the perpetrator behind bars, but what about the person, business, organization, or institution that allowed the perpetrator to abuse the victim?
