Gary Paranzino earned A.B. and J.D. degrees from Cornell University, where he was Research Editor of the Cornell Law Review.
As a corporate executive he completed the Stanford Law School General Counsel Institute program.
Paranzino is a member of both the California and New York state bars, and is admitted to practice in several federal courts.
Paranzino has over a decade of direct experience in technology law.
He is currently the principal of Paranzino Law, a focused technology law firm that represents clients in information technology (IT) and biotechnology, as well as from Wall Street.
