Matthew J. Rogers is a civil litigation associate who handles multifaceted civil litigation matters in federal and state courts.
Mr. Rogers represents clients on a broad range of issues, including business disputes such as shareholder derivative litigation and breach of contract litigation, residential and commercial construction litigation, products liability litigation, employment litigation, and disability litigation.
Mr Rogers is admitted to the Kansas and Missouri Bars.
His prior experience includes Judicial intern to Hon. James P. O'Hara, United States District Court for the District of Kansas, Fall 2015.
Catherine C. Theisen represents clients in complex civil disputes in federal and state courts, including commercial disputes, business litigation, trust and estate litigation, agricultural disputes, and employment litigation.
She also advises clients on employment law matters.
Prior to joining Barber Emerson in 2007, Ms. Theisen practiced at Hughes & Luce, LLP in Dallas, Texas.
