Lange Quill & Powers
We focus first on your immediate legal needs, and then can provide ongoing legal counsel for issues involving estate planning, business, real estate and more. At Lange, Quill & Powers, PLC, our attorneys protect your business through its entire life cycle. From entity selection to succession planning, we guide owners through their legal options. We also protect your business operations.

Our comprehensive practice encompasses both business litigation and transactional due diligence services. Our interrelated practice areas originally developed to meet our clients' business needs. Today, we have established a reputation for excellence in each of them. Our estate planning group is a natural outgrowth from our business succession planning counsel.

Our general litigation and our commercial real estate practice groups formed to protect our business clients' daily operations. To expedite real estate closings, one of our attorneys is an authorized agent for a national title insurance company. Thus, when you come to our law firm, you benefit from our team approach.

If you have been seeking out estate planning solutions online, you are certain to have come across some kind of do-it-yourself options.
The idea of these options is to save the time and financial costs associated with working with an attorney to create a well-conceived estate plan.
This would be a great idea if there was any assurance that a do-it-yourself will provides the same effectiveness in transferring your assets and handling all aspects of your estate.
But there isn't.
The only way to make sure your estate planning goals are achieved is to work with an experienced lawyer.
The attorneys at Lange, Quill & Powers, PLC, uphold the rights of creditors throughout an array of legal issues.
With a reputation for excellence across northern Kentucky for over 40 years, we value our relationships with local banks, national lenders, creditors and more.
We will protect your rights and long-term interests.
