Whether your priorities are simple or more complex, we will listen carefully to your concerns and work with you to design the best planning strategies to accomplish your goals. Trusts can be valuable tools in estate planning. But trusts are so much more than pieces of paper. We can help you manage your trust effectively so it can accomplish the results it was created to achieve.
We offer representation related to residential and commercial real estate transactions, tax appeals, land use and environmental concerns and property disputes. We like what we do. We choose to do this and nothing else. We enjoy the process. We are not a general practice firm. We can happily refer you to other excellent attorneys who handle divorce, personal injury, criminal defense or bankruptcy, but our areas of practice are limited.
We keep our focus narrow so we can provide meaningful value to our clients. We love our clients. We work with some fantastic people. We learn from our clients and enjoy the opportunity to share what we have learned to make the process better for others.
