A graduate of the 2000 class of Mississippi College School of Law, Todd got his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
After law school, Todd clerked for Judge Lolley (now a 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals Judge), Judge Moore, and Judge Ingram at the 4th JDC and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2001.
Following a brief stint at Lee and Broussard in Monroe, Todd opened his own practice and also is the director for Legal Aid of Northeast Louisiana, which is a non-profit corp that provides free legal advice for senior citizen in five parishes in northeast Louisiana.
