Lance graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2011.
After being admitted to the Utah Bar later that same year, he founded the Gibson Law Firm and began assisting individuals with their Estate Planning and Small Business needs, such as wills, trusts, business formation and capital financing negotiations.
In early 2012, he was hired by Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 health care distribution company based in New York, to join their in-house legal team.
