Bill was born and reared in the historic north Mississippi town of Corinth.
Having left Corinth to obtain his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and law degree from Emory University, Bill returned to his hometown to pursue his law practice.
Bill has over 23 years of legal experience representing a wide variety of corporate, individual and governmental clients in civil matters.
Bill's practice focuses heavily upon the representation of governmental entities and corporate boards, including the Alcorn County Board of Supervisors, the Corinth School District, Alcorn County Electric Power Association, the Corinth-Alcorn County Airport, and Commerce Bank.
Mr. Bullard has more than 22 years of actual trial experience in private practice and as an Assistant District Attorney for the First Judicial District of Mississippi (1996-2011).
While an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Bullard served as the President of the Mississippi Prosecutors Association.
