After going through a nasty divorce, I consulted Attorney Kelley when my ex-husband filed a contempt motion. I was very impressed with Attorney Kelley's professionalism with handling my case. I appreciated him taking time to explain the law pertaining to my case, and not rushing me out of his office. His experience and knowledge of the law made me feel at ease and comfortable about my case and the direction the case was going.

He researched and contacted witnesses to prove my case, and after a few months, my ex-husband withdrew the motion. Thank you Attorney Kelley for handling my case in a professional and timely manner. In 1998 I retained Mr. Kelley as my attorney. I was very impressed from my first visit with him as Mr. Kelley made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me from the start.

Mr. Kelley is a hard-working attorney that believes in fighting for your rights. He will always be in contact with you explaining your case. He makes you feel like family, not just another case.

Either a divorce or dissolution will result in the termination of your marriage but they are two very different procedures.
A divorce is generally a "full-blown" adversarial legal proceeding in which each party has subpoena power and the right to compel the other party to divulge financial and other relevant information.
A divorce proceeding may take as long as a year or more and there are many hearings along the way.
During the course of the divorce, the Court may issue temporary orders which provide for the support of the spouse and the children.
