Services
Greg has practiced law in Helena since 1985.
His experience includes 11 years as in-house counsel at Montana's state Medicaid agency, 6 years as in-house counsel for Montana's largest health insurer, and 16 years in private practice.
Greg has experience as an attorney for various state boards, serving as counsel to the Montana Board of Housing from 2010 to the present and the Montana Board of Investments from 2010 to the present.
Greg represents a wide variety of clients and his areas of practice include real estate and commercial transactions, health care and health insurance, government and administrative law, business and employment law, and general civil litigation.
David L. Jackson is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Montana, all State of Montana courts, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Jackson has practiced law in Helena since 1965.
He has trial experience in state and federal courts in various types of cases; experience in the representation of clients before the Montana Public Service Commission, the Interstate Commerce Commission, and the United States Department of Transportation in transportation matters.
Bob has practiced law with the firm since 1973.
He specializes in municipal financing, including tax-exempt financing for hospitals and other 501(c)(3) organizations.
He has been a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers since 1981.
He has been a speaker on municipal finance law at various conferences dealing with municipal finance law at varies conferences dealing with municipal infrastructure and is one of the authors of the 1985 Department of Commerce publication "Financing Community Water and Sewer Systems in Montana, " Second Edition.
Sean received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Montana in 1994 and his law degree from the University of Montana in 1999.
Sean helps individuals and large and small organizations navigate complex legal issues by providing litigation, administrative/regulatory, corporate and business, and real property expertise.
Sean also has an active lobbying practice.
Sean is admitted to practice law in all Montana state courts and the United States District Court of the District of Montana and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Burt is a shareholder at the firm where his primary areas of practice are banking and creditor's rights, general civil litigation, real property, employment law, and commercial law.
He primarily represents private clients, commercial and nonprofit businesses, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
Prior to law school, Burt served as assistant vice president of Big Horn Federal Savings Bank in Cody, Wyoming.
Burt has been an active volunteer in his community and has served as a director of the Chamber of Commerce and his local Rotary chapter.
