Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked in the financial industry for over 16 years in multiple management roles.

Preparing a Living Will and Health Care Proxy allows you to presently make decisions regarding your healthcare in the event you later become incpacitated and are no longer able to articulate the manner in which you wish to be cared for.
A Health Care Proxy allows you to designate someone to make decisions on your behalf.

If you have a dispute with your tenant, or your tenant has not paid rent, we can help you regain possession of your property and collect past due rent.
Florida Statutes, and when the tenant takes certain steps including depositing the rent owed in the registry of the court, and giving the landlord written notice seven days in advance of non-payment of rent specifying the landlord's non-compliance and indicating tenant's intention not to pay rent.
The landlord must have failed to cure the non-compliance within seven days of receiving tenant's notice.
