All United States workers are protected by both state and federal employment laws.
These laws govern everything from how often employees are allowed to take breaks to the minimum wage companies are allowed to pay workers to reasons employers can-and cannot-fire employees.
Despite the presence of these laws, many employers continue to try to take advantage of their workers.
If you believe your workers' rights have been violated, it's in your best interests to speak to an employment law attorney as soon as possible.
