Jared B. Arnold
Jared is a native of Ragland, Alabama. He primarily practices in the area of bankruptcy, where he has handled thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the state. Jared is a graduate of Victory Christian High School in Pell City, Alabama. He then attended Snead State Community College on an academic scholarship before transferring to Jacksonville State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration. Jared worked full-time as a law clerk in the District Court of St. Clair County for the Honorable Phillip K. Seay (now presiding Circuit Judge of St. Clair County) and then as an aide for special needs children for the St. Clair County school system, all while attending Birmingham School of Law. He graduated from Birmingham School of Law in 2010.
Lowell Haygood Iii
Lowell is a native of Odenville, Alabama. He is a graduate of St. Clair County High School. Lowell graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and is a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. Lowell primarily practices out of our Talladega location in the areas of criminal, family law/divorce, juvenile, and bankruptcy.
