Services
The home buying process and real estate law are ever-changing and evolving. This means you need someone on your side who is continually keeping abreast of all the new real estate laws, regulations, and procedures. By hiring Ckezepis & Bright Law, PLLC, you are ensuring that your real estate transactions will not only be legally sound, but smoother and less stressful as well.
Our services include the preparation and execution of closing disclosures, coordinating with your lender, conducting a title search, and much more. We can assist you with documents for a seller-financing purchase, if needed. We can also make closing day easier with our mobile closing services– we will come to wherever you want to meet.
We offer standard services as local real estate attorneys, such as our wire transfer and check delivery options. North Carolina law requires that proceeds from a real estate transaction must not be released until the transaction has been recorded with the Register of Deeds office. At Ckezepis & Bright Law, PLLC, we initiate wire transfers the day the transaction records with the Register of Deeds office.
There is a lot going on when it comes to buying or selling a home in Huntersville, North Carolina. At Ckezepis & Bright Law, PLLC, our years of experience tell us that it isn’t always convenient to go to the attorney’s office to complete the necessary closing paperwork. That’s how we became your mobile real estate lawyer, and we will come to a place that is convenient for you to complete your closing documents!
Just by virtue of the size of the investment involved, closing on commercial real estate can make you a bit more anxious than a standard residential one. You can rest assured that your closing will go smoothly when you have chosen us at Ckezepis & Bright Law, PLLC to provide professional attorney services for your commercial real estate transaction.
