Divorce or marriage dissolution proceedings encompass the resolution of various crucial matters, which include:

1. Determination of the separation date, impacting property and spousal support rights.

Child Custody, Legal and Physical
Report
Unless a parent is deemed unfit, incarcerated, or has abandoned the child, joint legal custody is typically granted. However, in some cases, one parent may be granted the authority to make decisions regarding healthcare, education, or other activities if the other parent is deemed unreasonable or unavailable to make informed choices. On the other hand, physical custody is often awarded primarily to one parent, even though the Family Code's public policy presumes that a 50/50 time-sharing arrangement is in the best interests of the children.

Just came from downtown family law court. John fought a two and half year battle to keep my custody, spousal and child support in two courts valley and downtown. I won every hearing after 12 hearings. John did a lot of discovery. John got me a very large judgment. He let me do a very low payment plan. No one else would help me. He knows his law and how to win. Super happy!
