Domestic violence extends beyond physical abuse; it encompasses various aspects of abusive behavior, including physical, sexual, emotional, and verbal abuse, often accompanied by threats of violence.

In the state of Maine, the act of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, often referred to as DUI or drunk driving in other regions, is legally labeled as Operating Under the Influence (OUI). This offense transpires when an individual operates a vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) level of 0.08% or greater. If you are discovered to have a BAC exceeding the legal threshold, you may face arrest and OUI charges, which could result in substantial repercussions with a profound impact on your life.

This is a group of outstanding lawyers and law professionals who guided me through the process and always had my best interests at heart. They were extremely knowledgeable about the legal situation of my case and how to handle it. If it was not for William Bly and his Firm I would not have had the outcome I had. Thank you Bill and his team!

I had an incredible experience with Attorney Tom Richard and the rest of the team at Maine Criminal Defense Group. I had a really tough case that ended with an amazing result thanks to the diligence and hard work of my lawyer and his entire office. I am very grateful to everybody at Maine Criminal Defense Group, especially Tom, for the satisfying dismissal of my case and will definitely be using them again should any problems arise for me in my future.

I feel honesty is the best policy. I am a 25-year-old from West Virginia, and I was charged with seven counts in total (two felonies). The MCDG is exceptional with regards to communication and knowledge. My case was handled entirely by my attorney-my physical attendance only required at one court hearing. All documentation is made available on their portal as well as events, messaging, tasks and billing sections.
As human beings, we all make mistakes; having an experienced criminal defense organization for representation is invaluable. Upon conviction, I would have faced upwards of 10 years imprisonment according to Title 17-A, Chapter 63. I am happy to say that I was only incarcerated for SEVEN DAYS, and four total charges were completely dismissed including BOTH felonies.
Freedom restored; no gun restrictions, no work limitations, no dispossession of any kind-as if the entire proceedings never occurred. The outcome would have been much less favorable if I did not have the MCDG on my side. Look no further for professionalism and seamless defense.

Attorney Bly and his staff were professional, informative, and empathetic. After consultation and review of a case, Attorney Bly referred the case to a colleague who he thought was a better fit. This speaks volumes of Attorney Bly's character and desire to do what is best for his clients. While Attorney Bly didn't take the case, he conducted follow up to ensure the hand off to his colleague went smoothly and information was not lost. Highly recommended firm

Called up the office seeking some help, I received a consultation the same day. Attorney Bill Bly is very professional and was very helpful with the situation I was in. He stayed in consistent contact with me through the process and was very good at explaining things that I was having trouble understanding. You can tell he is very genuine and caring for his clients. I highly recommend Bill.

Sharp as a tact Dressed in his spats He is darn sharp Lawyer, too! So don't be so Blue Bly is the Attorney for You To see your legal troubles through! All poor poetry to the side, Attorney Bly has been one of the best attorneys, I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is a fighter and willing to go the extra mile. He is also a listener and works for the outcome your looking for.
His office is both 21st century as well as helpful and personable, a model office in legal tech with a personal touch. The best recommendation I can give is if I was in legal need again, I would call Attorney Bly without a second thought.
