Mr. Spagnola and his office worked very hard for me and made me feel like I had a chance. It took about 4 years of going to court to fight just to see my kids like I was supposed to according to the parenting agreement that was reached between my ex-wife and myself. At the end, I won full custody of both of my children. I would recommend him to anyone who might have a difficult divorce ahead of them. 5 stars isn't enough to express what he did for me.

Sam Spagnola did both my divorce and custody. Not only did I get the items that I wanted in my divorce but I also got the custody arrangements that worked great for my kids, my ex-spouse and me. Mr Spagnola does not play around when it comes to your needs, he will lay it out on the line and tell you like it is. It may not be the answer you like, but at least he tells you the truth.
I appreciate an attorney like that! He spends your money where it is needed and doesn't waste it. If I ever need to come to him again, I would. And I would recommend him, not only to my friends but to my family as well. He is a good man and very understanding.
