I reached out to the offices at the end of 2023 when my private LTD policy required me to file for SSD. I immediately received a call from Attorney Patitucci who listened to the details of my case and provided insight, including outlining the best approach to have the case approved. In July of 2024 my SSD was approved on first appeal! My primary contact was Joyce B, the paralegal.

She deserves 10 stars for her compassion, sense of humor, outstanding follow up skills, and professionalism. Each call and email were returned in less than an hour (often immediately). She answered every question I had about the process, kept me informed about what to expect, and acknowledged when information was received and sent to SSD. After the appeal was approved, she seemed genuinely happy for me not just as a client but as a person. I highly recommend this firm.

What a great experience I've had with TR&R. I am a disabled combat vet, medically retired from service and am 100% P&T VA service connected and was pursuing SSDI.
