*** Greg McBroom is my new Go-To Attorney *** I was referred to Greg by CLC due to an HOA running me over twice, twisting my arm to break my lease by applying extorsion under threat and forcing their contractor on me. The construction company is owned by no other than a corrupt project manager backed by a very aggressive (and likely corrupt too) attorney.
Severe conflict of interest and even multiple breaches of fiduciary duty are suspected. Greg listened carefully to my emotional and confused story, calming me down and providing me with some pointers for a strategy to cope with them. I called him again today about a second issue with them, exchanged multiple emails with him and had Greg nail down the situation within a few emails.
Very impressed with his analytical skills, responsiveness and availability as well as with his generosity as he has not even had me sign a retainer! I am considering to retain Greg to back twist the arms of the gang I have been dealing with that took a personal toll on my family and myself. Thank you so much, Greg! Much appreciated!
