Do they help someone who was involved in a car accident but didn't have auto insurance but was not at fault?

Being involve in car accident is a matter of when, not if. Unfortunately throughout our life it can occur more than once. I had the fortune to met Richard Pravato back in 2011 when I was involve in my first major car accident, he and his office were a blessing; they explained the process to me, my rights, and set clear expectations of the possible outcomes.

As my first time involve in such process the peace of mind and confidence they gave me was priceless, and at the end I was free of any medical debt and still got something for my pain, suffering and time. It was clear to me when I would be involve in such event again who to turn to. Fast forward to March, 2019 I am involve in another major car accident and without second thoughts I call Richard the next business day, and again he and his team delivered unparalleled professional service, and excellent results.

The fact that he remembered me after so many years was very nice, and this time around the experience was even better, leaving me with no doubts that I was in excellent hands. If you come to be living the terrible experience that is a car accident I want you to know this office will do right by you and your family.

The injury I suffered was far from being a straightforward case. The first law firm I retained in January of 2015 transferred the case in August of 2016 to a second firm in an effort to bring the case to closure.
