I am so pleased with the service provided by the staff at Darrigo & Diaz, especially by Sabrina, the case manager. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately, there was no coverage for me to proceed but they still helped me take care of my car and offered so much advice that I feel I understand insurance a lot better now. I can't say enough about Darrigo & Diaz, especially Kevin Molony and Yari Garnett! I was injured in a fall at a major hotel chain property back in 2019. I had a severely fractured ankle that required surgery to repair both my tibia and fibula with a plate and 7 screws. It took me months to recover and I forever will be impacted with pain and numbness. I had hired another attorney who initially took my case and during a 2 year period immediately post the surgery, I discovered didn't progress with it and their communication with me was terrible. I received nothing but excuses about the defendants not responding, insurance companies placing responsibility on each other, people on vacation, etc. After complaining to them, they released me from my contract and I found Kevin and Yari.
While we basically had to start from scratch and another 18 months or so has transpired, their communication, proactivity and guidance were excellent. I am pleased to say that we recently settled the case through mediation. Thank you to the team at D&D Law and again, to Kevin and Yari. Excellent job. A pleasure to work with in unpleasant circumstances. Highly recommend them!

I got in an accident last year and it was a very hard and difficult situation for me. Luckily I was referred to Darrigo & Diaz. I was then explained perfectly the process and how everything would work. I was in pain and my back was messed up, they then referred me to great physical therapy as well as a lot of other suggestions for my health. Any time I called and had any questions they got back with me in a speedy time. I got an offer that they thought I deserved better and they continued to fight and get me what I deserved which I am happy with. There was a little issue but Daniel went out of his way to make sure it was resolved. Im glad I chose this law office 10/10 recommended to any one !!

I went to Medellin, Colombia for some surgery and Cindy Rua worked with me before and after my surgery. She was so amazing and made my recovery so much easier by helping me get all my needs at the local pharmacy, translate for me with one of the Dr's, did some light house keeping in the condo, and changed my bandages. She has such a kind soul, and was amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who are considering getting any medical procedures done. She also can make some amazing meals but I was able to cook for myself and didn't require that service.
