A former hearing officer with the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Mecklenburg County in Charlotte, NC, Randall provides practical and insightful advice to clients on various and sundry state court matters, processes and procedures, including litigating, prosecuting and administering estate, special proceeding, and civil matters.
Prior to being appointed a hearing officer, Randall was in private practice and served clients across the fiscal spectrum: from serving low-income clients as a staff attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc. to serving Fortune 500 clients for some of the State's largest firms.
