Charles W. Cramer ("Charlie") has been in practice since 1991, and came together with his friend Stephen H. Price to form Cramer Price, P.A. in 1997.
He supports his clients in business law, real estate, estate planning and taxation.
He deeply understands the importance of crafting sensitive, secure and comprehensive estate plans for his clients to assure the smallest tax consequences and greatest value to heirs.

Stephen H. Price ("Steve") joined his friend Charles W. Cramer to found the firm in 1997, and supports business and individual clients in both litigation and transactional matters.
Because he also holds a license as a Real Estate Broker and is a former Mortgage Broker, he understands the often complex needs of business clients.
Mr. Price works closely with owners of family-operated businesses, and understands their periodic need for rapid response and aggressive representation, as well as diligence and creativity in day-to-day matters.

David de Armas became the third name partner of the firm of Cramer, Price and de Armas in 2001.
As a member of The Florida Bar since 1985, he works with business and individual clients throughout the state as a litigator and negotiator.
He represents businesses as their corporate general counsel and in their commercial litigation.
Coming from a prominent litigation firm, Mr. de Armas focuses his considerable trial and problem-solving skills in the areas of insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, commercial disputes and personal injury.
