We have successfully litigated cases against numerous governmental agencies, served as local counsel for the state of Alaska, prosecuted class action cases against the insurance industry, and obtained large settlements and judgments for our clients in professional malpractice and other personal injury actions.
Molly C. Brown grew up in Alaska and graduated from West Anchorage High School.
She attended college at Duke University and, after working as a newspaper reporter for five years, attended the University of Kansas School of Law.
After graduating from law school in 2004, Molly clerked for Retired Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks in Juneau.
Before joining Dillon & Findley, P.C., Molly worked for eight years as an attorney in Anchorage.
Molly has worked on a broad range of cases, including employment law, administrative law, oil and gas, and general civil litigation.
Jessica Dillon litigates complex civil matters and has an active appellate practice.
Her litigation experience encompasses a broad range of matters, including oil and gas disputes, construction cases, corporate litigation, employment claims, property tax disputes, constitutional law, and municipal matters.
Jessica has successfully prosecuted and defended a diversity of complex matters, including the multi-billion-dollar valuation of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, multi-million-dollar construction claims, and numerous employment complaints.
Meg Simonian is an accomplished trial lawyer and litigator who has been practicing law in Alaska since 1999.
After serving as a law clerk for the Anchorage Superior Court, she began her legal career as a felony trial lawyer at the Alaska Public Defender Agency and Office of Public Advocacy.
Meg has tried complex federal and state white-collar criminal cases.
Before joining Dillon & Findley in 2010, Meg worked on complex litigation cases, with a primary focus of insurance bad faith cases at Friedman & Rubin.
JP Wood specializes in representing clients before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, where he served as the agency's Chief Administrative Law Judge from 2009 through 2018.
JP uses his experience presiding over complex public utility regulatory matters involving natural gas distribution, natural gas storage, telecommunications, and electrical service under the Alaska Public Utilities Regulatory Act, as well as pipeline regulatory matters under the Pipeline Act, to effectively advocate for his clients.
