John P. Rosenblatt is a graduate of Vassar College and the Fordham University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1980.
Mr. Rosenblatt has extensive experience representing both parties and lenders in real estate transactions.
Prior to establishing his own practice in 1990, Mr. Rosenblatt was an associate and partner in the firm of Joseph and Koppel in Manhattan where he specialized in international tax and estate planning and administration.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the U.S. Tax Court.
