Peter Kram, an Air Force veteran, is a graduate of Seattle University Law School and has practiced law in Pierce County since 1977.
He has a wide range of trial experience, and he has served as a Superior Court Commissioner Pro Tem and Pierce County District Court Judge Pro Tem.
He has served as an arbitrator in King and Pierce Counties and has served as a City of Tacoma Hearings Examiner Pro Tem.
He has also served as an arbitrator for the United States Tennis Association.
Mr. Kram has served on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations, including the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the United States Tennis Association/Pacific Northwest Section, Lakewood Racquet Club, Lindquist Dental Clinic for Children and the Tacoma Metropolitan Parks Business Advisory Council.

Richard H. Wooster was born in Detroit, Michigan in April of 1956.
He graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.B.A. in 1978, went on to attend graduate school in economics at Wayne State University, and obtained a Juris Doctor in 1983 from the University of Puget Sound/Seattle University School of Law.
At Kram & Wooster, P.S. in Tacoma, WA, his practice is primarily litigation with an emphasis in labor and employment law.
Other practice areas include general corporate law, municipal law, personal injury, construction claims, and estate planning.
